Rouge Social was built by two sisters with complementary experience in marketing, real estate, customer service, and lead generation.
Ashley brings years of experience in marketing, real estate and operations. After working behind the scenes with real estate professionals and high-volume teams, she developed a deep understanding of the industry - from client communication and lead follow-up to the systems and processes that keep a business moving.
She also understands marketing beyond just creating content. Her experience has taught her how to think about the bigger picture: who you're trying to reach, what they need to hear, how to position your business, and how marketing can support the way you actually want to grow.
Ciara brings nearly five years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication, appointment setting, and lead generation. She works on keeping conversations moving, following up with prospects, and making sure the pipeline stays full so opportunities don't get lost.
